Your first steps with School Management Pro

First Launch

When you first launch School Management Pro, you'll see the welcome screen. The app is available as a one-time purchase of $9.99 from the Microsoft Store.

Purchase Information

School Management Pro is a one-time purchase with full functionality and lifetime updates. No subscriptions or recurring fees!

To purchase from the Microsoft Store:

  1. Open the Microsoft Store on your PC
  2. Search for "School Management Pro"
  3. Click "Buy" to purchase the full version ($9.99 one-time)
  4. Your purchase is automatically linked to your Microsoft account

Benefits: Unlimited use, automatic updates, no recurring fees, use on multiple devices with same Microsoft account.

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard provides a quick overview of your school's data:

  • Total Students: Current enrollment count
  • Fee Summary: Collections and pending dues

The main navigation sidebar includes:

Setting Up Your School

I recommend completing these steps first:

  1. Go to Settings → School Profile
  2. Enter your school name, address, and logo
  3. Set up Classes and Sections
  4. Add your first students
  5. Configure fee structures
