Admin Recovery Key

When you set up School Management Pro for the first time, you are provided with a unique Master Recovery Key. This key is the ONLY way to reset your password if you forget it.

Warning:

If you lose both your password and your recovery key, you will lose access to the application data permanently. Print this key and keep it safe.

Resetting Password

  1. On the login screen, click "Forgot Password?".
  2. Enter your Saved Recovery Key.
  3. Enter a new password.
  4. Confirm the new password to log in.

User Management

The admin can create sub-accounts for staff members (e.g., Accountant, Teacher) with restricted permissions. (Feature coming in v2.1).
